1 large onion, diced
three cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp of finely diced ginger
four C (32 oz carton) low-sodium vegetable broth
2 fifteen oz cans of diced tomatoes, burn downward roasted or regular
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp solid soil coriander
1 tsp solid soil tumeric
body of body of water common salt to taste
2 C yams, peeled too chopped to 1" thick cubes
2 C fresh babe spinach

directions
