Onion skins are the well-nigh nutritious purpose of the onion. Yup! That's right! Add them to soup stocks to enrich the broth alongside flavors too nutrients. Strain the skins from the broth alongside the other ingredients y'all brand the broth from. You tin equally good position the skins inwards cheese cloth, netted purse or tea ball to heighten a soup. Now I'm saving the onion skins to boost my soups rather than throw them away.
